FilmFray’s 2021-22 Policies and Waiver

1. Tuition is due by the 16th of every month and is considered late by the 30th of the month. I understand that I will be charged a $15 late fee if my tuition is paid or postmarked any time after the 29th.

2. I am responsible for my child's tuition regardless of my child's attendance. I will inform FilmFray in writing if I decide to discontinue classes.

3. There will be NO refunds or credits for classes missed by the student.

4. My child may be refused admittance to class if tuition is not paid by the 29th of the month.

5. All recordings including but not limited to video, audio, still pictures, motion pictures of any event, remain the property of FilmFray with all rights retained by the studio.

My child/children has my consent to participate in any of the class activities or those set forth in the policies and procedures of FilmFray Corporation. I understand that he/she must abide by the rules set forth by the teachers and staff of FilmFray Corporation. I understand that a violation of these rules may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of my child from class. I understand that the very nature of the acting and Filmmaking can carry a risk of physical injury no matter how careful the participant and the instructor are. I agree to, and by the signing of this agreement, release the owner, instructors and all staff members of FilmFray Corporation from any claim of negligence by myself, my child/children, my heirs, executors and assignees, from any liability arising from claims for damages from injury to my child/children and any claims for loss of or damage to his/her property which may arise out of his/her participation in FilmFray's Filmmaking and Acting program for the 2019-20 season.
